This conviction is at the heart of our business operations and is deeply embedded in DEUFOL’s corporate culture.

In alignment with the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, we have implemented policies and codes of conduct to ensure that our business practices and those of our partners do not violate fundamental human rights. These measures include ensuring safe and respectful working conditions, promoting freedom of association, and adhering to appropriate labor standards.

Our commitment to human rights is also a crucial pillar of our strategy for fulfilling ethical and sustainable practices within our business operations. In line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), DEUFOL focuses on creating a positive impact on society and the environment. Key areas of our initiatives include improving working conditions and promoting health and safety in the workplace.

Furthermore, DEUFOL is actively committed to complying with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). We implement robust and effective due diligence processes to ensure adherence to human rights and environmental protection standards in our supply chain. Our processes and mechanisms are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to new challenges and best practices.

Through our proactive stance and ongoing commitment to upholding human rights and meeting legal requirements, we strive to achieve a sustainable and positive impact in all areas of our business operations.
